The Haka one traditional dance which rugby player New Zealander( the All Blacks) uses has every beginning of match for impress them opponents which is accompanied with a song very famous : "Ka maté"

Turi whatia ! → Bend the knees !
Hope whai ake ! → Let the hips follow !

Tenei te tangata puhuru huru ! → This is the hairy person !

A upane ! ka upane ! → The rank ! Hold fast !
